The AS-9000 is able to play back your encrypted files from Olympus professional dictation devices, which cannot be done on third party transcription programs.

The included Olympus transcription module (ODMS) is used worldwide by legal, medical and outsource transcription services of all sizes. The software can handle a single typist setup or a typing pool. Digital dictation can be emailed, dropped into a shared network drive or onto an FTP server and ODMS transcription module will automatically load the audio and alert the typist. Completed transcription can also be returned to the Author through the software marking the audio as transcribed and completing the digital dictation and transcription workflow cycle.
